I found the hotel quite close to the tower. It was really just a short walk. the staff helped me with my luggage up the stairs. the room included basic amenities for a short stay.
The shower had some mold. It wasn't a big issue, but noticeable.

several cafés and food options are very close to the hotel, i noticed. having so many choices within a few steps was really convenient, though i didn't use the hotel's dining services directly.

The location was sensational. Pisa tower was a short walk. bus routes to the station and beyond were easily accessible. the staff member, raff, stood out. Nothing seemed too difficult for him. i really look forward to going back.
my room could have been cleaner, i noticed a few marks on the headboards.

The hotel's location proved convenient. I found the leaning tower within a short walk, just minutes away from the front door. A market with souvenirs sits in front. It provided nice browsing. Staff helped me with a phone charger. I appreciated that gesture. The room included air conditioning.
The room did not seem entirely soundproof. I could hear some outside noise. But it did not bother me much

I found mosquitoes in my room after one night. I got several bites while sleeping, and noticed old blood marks on the walls. I suggest providing mosquito repellent to improve guest comfort.
